Kahvalt\u0131da re\u00e7el ve di\u011fer zevzek \u015feyler (bal, ku\u015fburnu pekmezi, vs..) ancak peynir keyfimden sonra hala biraz yer kalm\u0131\u015fsa g\u00fcndeme gelirler (re\u00e7ellerden g\u00fcl, \u00e7ilek ve ahududu, tercihen anneler yap\u0131m\u0131, \u00f6ylesi olam\u0131yorsa da &#8220;Bon Maman&#8221; markas\u0131 &#8211; bal\u0131 re\u00e7elden \/san\u0131r\u0131m\/ birazc\u0131k daha fazla sevsem de, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz ele bula\u015fmas\u0131 (o yap\u0131\u015f yap\u0131\u015f \u015feyin) y\u00fcz\u00fcnden pek tercih etmiyorum).<\/p>\n<p>Anne taraf\u0131m Erzincan&#8217;dan oldu\u011fundan, tulum peyniri ve bilmemki nereden (bol tuzlu) \u00f6rg\u00fc peyniri, \u00e7e\u00e7il ve \u015fimdi hat\u0131rlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir \u00e7e\u015fit peyniri daha severim, el\/dil \u00fcst\u00fcnde tutar\u0131m (hat\u0131rlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m peyniri hat\u0131rlad\u0131m: K\u0131br\u0131s hellim peyniri, mangaldan\/\u0131zgaradan\/hi\u00e7biri olmad\u0131 tavadan yeni kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, g\u0131c\u0131rrrr g\u0131c\u0131rrr). (Ekme\u011fe s\u00fcr\u00fclebilecek kadar ya\u011fl\u0131) beyaz peynirsiz bir sofra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemem zaten (illa ki)<\/p>\n<p>Severdim, el\/dil \u00fcst\u00fcnde tutard\u0131m, beyaz peynirsiz bir sofra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemezdim.<\/p>\n<p>Hollanda&#8217;ya yolculuk g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, heyecanla bekliyordum bu peynir \u00fclkesini. Me\u011ferse bizim ka\u015far peynir (alt) klasman\u0131, orada ana klasman olarak tasavvur ediliyormu\u015f. Ama T\u00fcrk marketler sa\u011folsun, o kadar yokluk \u00e7ekmedik. Sevdi\u011fimiz peynirlere yeni olarak Brie&#8217;yi ekledik, ki kendisi ka\u015far ailesinden olmay\u0131p, (Avrupa&#8217;da) ka\u015far olmayan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc peynirin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yeri olan Fransa&#8217;dan gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de olsam brie imkan\u0131 yok ilk 11&#8217;e giremezdi ama Hollanda gibi sandvi\u00e7lerin temel \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn oldu\u011fu \u00fclkede, bir s\u00fcre sonra iyi (ve normal) gitmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Somon karde\u015fli\u011fi var, sonra domates de yak\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ba\u015fta kekli\u011fimden k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 olan ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131ms\u0131 katman\u0131 ay\u0131rmakla u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131ysam da, sonras\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 kucaklad\u0131m ve yoklu\u011funda aramasam da varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sevinerek, ad\u0131na Pazar kahvalt\u0131 sofras\u0131 dedi\u011fimiz bu lezzet mozai\u011finde ona da yer verdim.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130spanya&#8217;da durum Hollanda&#8217;n\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 ayn\u0131s\u0131 <em>menos<\/em> T\u00fcrk peynirlerinin bulunabilirli\u011fi. Bizim beyaz peynire yakla\u015fan bir peynir \u00e7e\u015fidini (feta, o da yunan denizda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z sayesinde) bulmam yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 ay\u0131m\u0131 ald\u0131 ve buldu\u011fum da bir santimetre k\u00fcpl\u00fck, salataya at\u0131lmak \u00fczere haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f \u015firin \u015feyler oldu, ki burun k\u0131v\u0131rm\u0131yorum, bilakis onu buldu\u011fuma da \u015f\u00fckrediyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Bu blogu niye yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131ma gelince (as\u0131l sebep): Hollanda&#8217;dayken bir ara Danish Blue&#8217;yu denemi\u015ftim, k\u00fcfleri ot niyetine sindirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak (bak otlu peyniri de \u00e7ok severdim T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deyken) ama kendinizi de beyninizi de bir yere kadar kand\u0131rabiliyorsunuz, olamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Burada ise birka\u00e7 ay \u00f6nce nereden estiyse art\u0131k, rokfora (roquefort) bir at\u0131l\u0131mda bulundum, (iyi, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 anlam\u0131yla) hastas\u0131 oldum, anlam\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p>Sen al peynirleri, aliens&#8217;taki yumurtalar misali \u00f6bek \u00f6bek kokmu\u015f lo\u015f rutubetli ma\u011faralarda sakla, k\u00fcflensin onlar, sonra da sat, millet yesin diye.
