Kanallar, bah\u00e7eler, bir dolu g\u00fczellik. Vaktiyle imparatorlu\u011fun k\u00fclt\u00fcr ba\u015fkenti imi\u015f: \u00e7iniler, ipekler, ye\u015fim heykeller, felsefe, \u015fiir&#8230; O zamanlardan kalan \u015f\u00f6yle bir deyi\u015f var: &#8220;G\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcnde cennet, d\u00fcnyada Suzhou &amp; Hanzhou&#8221;, hakikaten de \u00f6yle idi &#8212; pek \u00e7ok saray kodaman\u0131 emekliliklerinde burada kas\u0131rlar yapt\u0131r\u0131p, hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n geri kalan\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fte bu cennet bah\u00e7elerinde ge\u00e7irmi\u015f. Normal olsun, avam olsun, oteller konusunda -samimi olduklar\u0131 s\u00fcrece- hi\u00e7bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131m yok ama l\u00fcks otel kisvesine b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcp de&#8230; neyse neyse, olur da oralara da giderseniz burada kalmay\u0131n yani \u00f6zetle. B\u00f6lge bilgisinin sakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 damak testlerinde hatta Miyazaki b\u00f6lgesinin &#8216;5A&#8217; etleri, Kobe b\u00f6lgesinin &#8216;5A&#8217; etlerine tercih ediliyormu\u015f (Kobe etleri hep y\u00fcksek kalite oldu\u011fundan, &#8216;4A&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131na inmiyormu\u015f zaten en loyloylu bile). \u0130\u015fte okudu\u011fum kaynaklar \u00f6zet olarak diyor ki, \u00e7ok paran\u0131z varsa ve z\u00fcppelik yapmak istiyorsan\u0131z, Kobe diye \u0131srar edip, %60 daha pahal\u0131ya al\u0131n Wagyu etini.
