Siyah beyaz, hullabaloo programına benzer, kızların ellerinde yarı otomatik silahlarla dans ettiği anti-karizmatik grubun klibi
Hi Adam,
I hope everything is going well in Istanbul. After suffering from an
obsession for the last 8 months, it suddenly occurred to me that you
might be able to relieve me from this torture of
identifying/recovering a band from the 60s (late 60s, maybe early 70s)
from the description of their video clip (or session shot).
I'm stuck with this band from (I guess) 70s which I remember
having a name of a guy and his band (like "The Spencer Davis Group" or
"Dave Matthews Band" or maybe "Derek and the Dominos" like). Can't
remember their hit song but it had a catchy chorus (like "gimme some
lovin'") and the music video was shot in a decor/set as if they were
in front of a house, playing in the street and there were 3 girls
(like the gogos from Hullabaloo or Shindig, though I don't remember
seeing any visible audiance) holding machine (/and other types of)
guns and dancing lamely, spoiling the clip. 8) Oh, and it was in
black/white, this video.
Rings any bell? I've been going through 70s hits to no avail. They
weren't that famous and mostly looked like losers.
Cheers'n all from Bilbao, take good care of my hometown! 8)
Emre
